My funds are not showing up inside my Sequence Wallet, what can I do?

Always double check your recipient address to avoid loss of assets. If you send cryptocurrency to an address other than your Sequence Wallet address, we will not be able to recover your funds.

Make sure to send assets to your wallet only using networks supported by Sequence. Currently, Sequence supports the Ethereum and Polygon networks. If you send assets using a non-supported chain, your assets will not be available inside your wallet.

If you have sent assets to your correct Sequence Wallet address through one of our supported blockchain networks, please verify that your transaction has settled by inputting the Transaction ID into Etherscan (or Polygonscan for assets on Polygon). If you have followed the steps above, but your assets are still not reflected in your Sequence Wallet, please submit a support ticket by clicking on the button at the top right corner of this page.
