Why hasn’t my balance updated?

If your Sequence Wallet balance hasn’t updated a few minutes after your transaction, try refreshing your browser. If doing so didn’t help, sign out of your Sequence Wallet and re-login. 

If your transaction was bridging assets between Ethereum and Polygon networks, it can take up to 10 minutes to bridge from Ethereum to Polygon, and up to 3 hours to bridge from Polygon to Ethereum.

If you have waited the appropriate amount of time, refreshed your browser page, signed out and logged into your Sequence Wallet again, but your balance is still not updated, please submit a ticket by clicking on the button in the top right corner of this page.
