I can't see an asset I've sent to my Sequence Wallet. What should I do?

Have you sent any tokens to your Sequence wallet through Binance Smart Chain? or Avalanche, Fantom?

If so, you will not see them in your Sequence wallet. However, you will be able to see and access them once Sequence wallet supports the chain you've sent your funds to.

Until then, make sure to send assets to your wallet only using networks supported by Sequence. If you send assets using a non-supported chain, your assets will not be available inside your wallet.

Sequence wallet supports currently the following blockchains:

  • Ethereum Mainnet (ERC20)
  • Polygon (MATIC)

Support for more EVM compatible chains (like Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, Binance Smart Chain, Fantom) is on our roadmap. However, this is subject to change based on the rapidly evolving ecosystem.

We understand this can be inconvenient for you as there is not an immediate solution for it. There is no way for us to directly access these funds. You will only be able and access them once Sequence Wallet supports the chain you've sent your funds to. You can also join our Discord community where we will probably announce it first.

You can verify on the respective blockchain scanner whether your funds are in your Sequence wallet.
